I work as a Web Analyst in the Information & Research team on the http://www.adin.com.au/ website.
In my other job I deliver and participate in professional development related to (e)learning English as a Second Language. I also teach ESL to adults, especially English for Academic Purposes.
In free time, I work on WordPress and BuddyPress projects for small businesses, education and non-profit organisations.
On vacations, I like to travel abroad and eat icecream.

First day of work for a really long time! I’ve got Mondays at Victoria University (ELICOS) for the next 5 weeks, teaching the Upper Intermediate class of English for Academic Purposes (EAP). The class will have around 12 or more … Continue reading
Helter CELTA
Last Friday we, who have been locked away for 4 weeks of intensive study and training, completed the Cambridge Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA). What a relief! I certainly got more than I bargained for out of … Continue reading

The Goodies
The Goodies – not just a great TV show, goodies is a term we often use to describe anything good. Fringe benefits are never taken for granted either. Cold hard cash is the reason I donned my filthy overalls (cleaner … Continue reading
working class man
Hooray! It’s a miracle. Tomorrow is my first real income earning opportunity since returning to the lucky country. I’m donning the overalls to slave my guts out come 9am tomorrow. In a warehouse in Little Bourke Street you’ll feel the … Continue reading
