Tag: testing

Manual accessibility and usability testing involves asking users to complete tasks using your website or app. Effective usability testing saves you money in the long run. Hence why testing is a critical part of the design process. Testing also helps keep your users front and centre.

It’s important to debrief immediately after each session and spend time analysing research findings. With your team, identify pain points to triage for a fix. Equally, identify moments of delight to recognise what you might want to do more of. Once feedback is applied it will lead to a better experience.
